Trump Trashes Fox Polls To Fox & Friends As Network Survey Shows Him Leading Harris with Hispanic Voters: ‘They’re Always Wrong’
Former President Donald Trump was full of praise for Fox & Friends during a phone in on Saturday, but he also accused the network of noting putting out any polls in his favor.
Trump’s criticism of Fox News and their pollsters was crammed in the middle of him discussing a survey of Hispanic voters by the network that showed him leading Vice President Kamala Harris among Hispanic voters, though his three point lead is within the poll’s margin of error. The October survey conducted among 870 likely Hispanic voters found Harris with 48% support and Trump with 51%.
Trump still suggested Fox fire their “pollster.”
“I just saw it. I was shocked to see it because Fox never gives me good polls, never. They should get a new pollster because they’re always wrong. But I just saw a poll, I assume it was a Fox poll, where I’m leading with Hispanics. If you go back and look at Mitt Romney, there’s another real beauty by the way, go back and look at Mitt Romney and what did he have, like 5% of the Hispanic vote or something?” Trump said, going on to tout his 51% in the Fox poll.
The former president didn’t have a lot of compliments for Fox News, but he did praise the “chemistry” of Fox & Friends weekend hosts Will Cain, Rachel Campos-Duffy, and Pete Hegseth.
“You have a fantastic show,” he said. “The chemistry on your show is unbelievable and I don’t have to tell you, you know that, but that chemistry of the three of you is unbelievable.”
