Umpqua Student Tells Shep Smith ‘Nobody Here Heard’ Any Shots Fired
A 17-year-old student at Umpqua Community College, where authorities responded to a horrific shooting, spoke over the phone to Fox News’ Shep Smith as he and others hid in one of the school buildings.
McCrae Kittelman told Smith he and others had heard there were two shooters and only one’s in custody, but Smith relayed what officials have been saying––that there was only one shooter and he’s “down”.
When Smith asked if they heard shots, Kittelman said that actually nobody heard any shots, and so people think the shooter might have had a silencer.
