Wait A Second, Was Chris Matthews’s Bizarro British Twin Just On MSNBC?

On Monday’s edition of The Dylan Ratigan Show, the Mayor of London stopped by to promote his book — wait, a minute — I thought Chris Matthews came on at 5:00pm? That‘s the mayor of London?! Is this an elaborate hoax and Matthews is speaking with an English accent? Are we all being Punk’d?

Apparently Boris Johnson has the same hair, the same face, the same mannerisms and the same posture as the Hardball host. It’s as if Ratigan saw Mediaite’s Uncanniest Cable News Doppelgangers and wanted to mess with our heads.

What blew our minds the most was that a Chris Matthews “Lean Forward” ad actually followed Johnson’s interview — MSNBC has to be in on this!
