WATCH LIVE: Obama Delivers Speech on Clean Power Plan

On Monday, President Barack Obama unveiled his administration’s ambitious new Clean Power Plan, which enacts new standards to reduce CO2 emissions by 32 percent from 2005 levels by 2030. The president will deliver remarks on the plan from the White House beginning at approximately 2:15 p.m. ET.
