WATCH LIVE: White House Press Briefing with Sarah Huckabee Sanders
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders will stand at the podium on Thursday afternoon for the daily press briefing. Today’s briefing will begin at 2:00 p.m. EST.
Will she address President Donald Trump getting slugged by Alabama voters, who rejected his endorsement of alleged child molester Roy Moore? Will she openly discuss the ever-looming Russia investigation? What about Omarosa Manigault, who has been accused of clawing at the doors of the White House Residence as secret service agents dragged her from the premises?
Who knows? She will, however, absolutely discuss the tax bill, noting Trump’s preference to get a completed piece of legislation to vote by early next week, which coincidentally happens to be right before Doug Jones takes his place on the Senate floor.
She could also lob a few hits against Special Counsel Robert Mueller, with the White House speedily mounting a case to have him removed from the investigation, despite a formal objection from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Again, the press briefing gets under way at 2:00 p.m. EST. Watch above, via The White House, and to quote the Twitter account of our leader, whenever he is set to appear on Fox News, “enjoy!”
