WATCH: SNL’s Kate McKinnon Does a Disturbingly Accurate Robert Durst Impersonation

Who knew that Saturday Night Live warhorse Kate McKinnon had a secret Robert Durst impersonation in her back pocket? Did anyone know? Did anyone expect her to bust it out during a sketch that appeared to be a gently mocking homage to improv sketch comedy?

Because she does, and it happened. And even if the viewer has no idea who the heck this Robert Durst character is or why people are fascinated with whether the billionaire murdered someone or not, McKinnon is just a fantastic portrayer of creepy little entitled men. (Bonus points for Cecily Strong‘s cameo as Jeanine Pirro.)
