Who’s Better Friends with Oprah: Ellen or Michelle Obama?

Three years ago, Ellen DeGeneres and Michelle Obama competed over how many push-ups they could do. But when the first lady appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, the host proposed a new competition: Who is better friends with Oprah Winfrey?

Both women have shared the cover of O magazine with the media mogul, but DeGeneres is her neighbor and apparently saw her just last weekend. “It’s not important who knows her better, but on the count of three we’ll say her middle name,” she suggested.

In case you missed it, DeGeneres also did a choreographed dance to Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk” with the first lady to mark the fifth anniversary of her “Let’s Move” campaign.
