Congressman Can’t Help Laughing As C-SPAN Caller Asks Him Point-Blank If He’s ‘In A Secret Society?’

C-SPAN host Mimi Geerges and Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA) tried to keep straight faces when a caller asked if McCormick or any other government officials are “in a secret society?” — McCormick failed.

On Wednesday’s edition of C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, Geerges and McCormick entertained calls from some interesting viewers, like Rose, who made some wild conspiracy claims in the preamble to her question — which host and guest handled with a graceful sidestep:

MIMI GEERGES: Start with Rose, a Republican in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee. Good morning.

ROSE: Good morning. I have a compliment and a suggestion. First of all, I like how you handle that post Postmaster. The only opinion that really matters is ours. Government workers have forgotten. They work for us. They cover their ears. They won’t take calls. They refuse to read 500-page bills.

So write down my site, sir. Stolenelectionnovella.com. I uncovered dirt on all of them. News without the Orwellian news speech.

When the American people finally figure out that their government loathes them so much, they plan genocide by virus and vaccine by 90%. I think the Oval Office will remain empty. I —

MIMI GEERGES: All right. Let’s get a response to that, Rose. Go ahead. Congressman.

REP. RICH MCCORMICK: I personally could not get any accountability from the postmaster–.

But McCormick couldn’t contain a laugh at a caller named Larry, who grilled him about “secret societies” like the Freemasons:

MIMI GEERGES: Larry in Columbus, Ohio. Independent line.

LARRY: Yes. Hello. And thank you so much for taking my call. Hi.

Yeah, wanted to ask a couple of questions here based the based upon the members of the current government. The US was founded by Freemasons. How many members of the current U.S. government, percentage-wise, do you think are in a secret society like the Freemasons?

And question number two how can we trust people in government if they pledged allegiance to a group of unknowns who cannot be held accountable?

And third question Are you yourself in a secret society or are you a Freemason?

REP. RICH MCCORMICK: Heh! So if it’s secret, I guess I wouldn’t know about it. So I don’t know. And I’m sure if I asked around, I probably still wouldn’t know because it’s still secret. And quite frankly, I don’t know every member in Congress, there’s 435 of us.

I’m friends with real close friends with probably about 20 of them. I myself am a part of a organization called the United States Marine Corps, which is not so secret. That’s about all I have to offer. I’m a guy who is very open book.

That’s exactly what a member of a secret society would say!
