WATCH: This All-Out Melee at a Cornhole Tournament is Hilarious and ‘Absolutely Ridiculous’

A charity cornhole event turned into a contact sport for a group of rowdy grown-ups recently in Georgia.

It all happened at a Douglas County Chamber of Commerce event that over the weekend that was meant to benefit high school students. When someone had a dispute over a cornhole score, however, things got out of hand fast.

At one point one guy in a pink polo gets his shirt ripped and a guy in pink shorts gets pummeled. A frustrated man in a red shirt is seen walking away, hands over his head. A guy in teal throws punches. All the while, profanities are flying.

The real star of the video, though, is definitely the announcer who scolds the grown men in dad picnic clothes.

“Stop it right now, we will stop this tournament. This is stupid. This is absolutely ridiculous,” the woman shouts into the mic. “Git! Get out of here!”

“We will stop this tournament right now,” she continues on as the men scatter. “We are adults, and this is ridiculous! It is a cornhole tournament fundraiser! Cut the crap!”

Fox 5 Atlanta later obtained a statement from the local Chamber of Commerce who blamed a “small group of people” for the melee.

“It is unfortunate that an event that has been so successful in providing scholarships for students and young professionals for the past seven years was overshadowed by a small group of people on Sunday acting inappropriately,” the statement read.
