‘BE COOL!’ Trump Pleads for Calm and Promises ‘Everything Is Going to Work Out Well’ Amid Economic Uncertainty

President Donald Trump pled for calm and promised that “everything is going to work out well” on Wednesday morning.

In a flurry of Truth Social posts, the president expressed optimism over the economy in an apparent attempt to calm the bearish stock market, which has dropped precipitously over the last week.

“This is a GREAT time to move your COMPANY into the United States of America, like Apple, and so many others, in record numbers, are doing. ZERO TARIFFS, and almost immediate Electrical/Energy hook ups and approvals. No Environmental Delays. DON’T WAIT, DO IT NOW!” wrote Trump in one post.

“Republicans, it is more important now, than ever, that we pass THE ONE, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL. The USA will Soar like never before!!!” he wrote in another, which was followed by the assertion that “It is IMPERATIVE that Republicans in the House pass the Tax Cut Bill, NOW! Our Country Will Boom!!!”

“‘Fixing Trade and Tariffs is a good thing!’ Jamie Dimon, JPMorgan Chase, Chairman & CEO, on Maria B Show!” marveled Trump, referencing Dimon’s appearance on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox Business show Wednesday morning during which Dimon also said that a recession was a “likely outcome” of Trump’s trade policy.

After that, Trump adopted a more direct approach.

“BE COOL! Everything is going to work out well. The USA will be bigger and better than ever before!” he insisted before adding “THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!! DJT” in a subsequent post.

The president was similarly optimistic in a speech he delivered before Republican lawmakers on Tuesday night.

“We’re going to win the midterm elections, and we’re gonna have a tremendous, thundering landslide! I really believe that,” declared Trump in his address. “And I think we’re helped a lot by the tariff situation that’s going on, which is a good situation, not a bad. It’s great. It’s gonna legendary! You watch! Legendary in a positive way, I have to say. It’s going to be legendary!”
