Pro-Palestinian Protesters Block Roads Into LAX & JFK Airports Demanding Gaza Ceasefire

Pro-Palestinian protesters demanding a ceasefire in the Hamas-Israel war blocked the roadway into John F. Kennedy International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday morning.
The demonstrators blocked the main terminal roadway that passengers use to gain access to JFK airport around 11:30 AM, according to CBS New York. Passengers became impatient when police arrived to remove the protesters as some began shoving past them with their luggage.
Videos from the incident show Port Authority police arresting 26 individuals for disorderly conduct and impeding vehicular traffic as airport travelers push their way through the protest line. The protest did not reportedly cause a significant delay to flights.
A similar incident occurred in Los Angeles at LAX where approximately 40 pro-Palestinian supporters gathered at Century Boulevard near the entrance of LAX. The group moved to the middle of the street with barriers and traffic cones, blocking traffic, according to Fox11.
Aerial footage shows the group being taken into custody around 10:00 AM as 15 protesters were reportedly detained. When law enforcement began moving in to remove the demonstrators some fled while other protesters were arrested.
