Alleged Serial Foot Licker Blames Obama For Toe Woes

Authorities in upstate New York are investigating whether a man alleged to have inappropriately touched two young girls yesterday is behind a wave of foot-licking incidents in the area. The suspect, 49-year-old Anthony Parri, is being held without bail after having allegedly fondled two young girls’ feet at a local library. His explanation for what happened? It’s a set up. By the government. Including the President.

Here’s how the New Daily News describes the act:

Anthony Parri allegedly took off a child’s shoe and rubbed the girl’s foot against his nose and mouth in one of two incidents Tuesday at Penfield Library, according to reports.

The child’s mother and a library employee both witnessed the incident, which took place in the children’s section of the library. The second incident was reported later on the day, after the child had left the library. Parri was eventually arraigned on charges of sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

But he has a specific explanation for it all:

“Listen, I am being set up by the President Barack Obama and the city and the federal government.”

Authorities are now investigating whether Parri is connected to five similar cases in the area, all involving girls between the ages of 5 and 10.
