Amanda Bynes Tweets Asking Pres. Obama To Fire Cop Who Arrested Her

After being arrested for sideswiping a cop car in April, actress Amanda Bynes was charged with DUI on Tuesday. Bynes isn’t happy about it — and, claiming her innocence, even tweeted to President Obama, asking that the police officer who arrested her be fired.

According to TMZ, Bynes “has been charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI — and the D.A. has sought a sentencing enhancement because the actress refused to take either a breathalyzer or a blood test.” She has not been charged with a hit and run.
