Watch This New Ryan Lochte Footage, Police Have Now Ruled Out Robbery
Globo.com has obtained security footage of Ryan Lochte and his three US swimming teammates leaving a gas station early Sunday morning in Rio — which shows four swimmers all relatively relaxed, and at one point, trying to get in the wrong taxi.
It now appears, via multiple reports, that Lochte and the others are being suspected by the police of vandalizing the gas station, urinating on the walls. Globo.com reports that police have now ruled out the possibility that the swimmers were robbed, as they originally claimed.
UPDATE 2:30 p.m. – The AP is now reporting that two security guards did, in fact, point guns at the US Swimmers during the gas station incident.
