Australian authorities have arrested the driver behind the wheel of a white SUV. At least a dozen victims were taken to the hospital, including a preschool aged girl who is in serious condition. It has yet been confirmed whether or not this was a terrorist attack.
Reports have ranged between 15-19 people were hit.
