CA Cop Reportedly Took Nude Photos from Phone of Woman He Pulled Over

A California cop has been accused of taking the phone of a woman he pulled over and forwarding the nude photos on her phone to his phone. Sean Harrington pulled over this woman back in August and booked her on suspected DUI.

When she was being processed at the county jail, the woman asked the officer to pull a number from her phone so she could call someone. She gave the cop the password and he got into her phone.

But now, she charges, when she was released from prison and used her iPad, she noticed that a few of her photos had been transferred from her iPhone to another phone. When she looked into the matter, she found out it was Harrington’s phone.

Harrington has been placed on desk duty pending an investigation into the matter. The DA’s office will decide next week whether to file charges.
