Delta Airlines Apologizes After Passenger’s Pro-Trump Tirade Goes Viral
Delta Airlines has offered a public apology over how they handled things when a Donald Trump supporter went on a profane rant against his fellow passengers during one of their flights.
Emma Baum filmed a video that went viral on Friday, where a Trump fan stood inside the plane and insulted Hillary Clinton supporters while bragging about the mogul’s election victory.

“We got some Hillary b*tches on here?” the man asked. “Come on baby, Trump! Donald Trump is your President. Every goddamn one of you. If you don’t like it, too bad.”
While Baum told the media that Delta staff approached the man afterwards, they did not try to calm him down or intervene during the rant itself. Delta has now posted an apology, saying that they should have done more to stop the disruption for their other passengers.
“Our responsibility for ensuring all customers feel safe and comfortable with Delta includes requiring civil behavior from everyone,” the statement read. “The behavior we see in this video does not square with our training or culture and follow up will continue so we can better ensure our employees will know they will be fully supported to make the right decisions when these issues arise.”
