Entourage’s Adrian Grenier Posts and Deletes Controversial 9/11 Instagram

On the fourteenth anniversary of September 11th, 2001 last Friday, Entourage actor Adrian Grenier marked the occasion with an Instagram post that remembered not only the American victims of the attacks but also the many more “innocent Iraqis” who were killed in the aftermath:

After apparently receiving a barrage of backlash from his fans, Grenier ultimately deleted the tweet, but has not acknowledged the issue on social media or elsewhere since.

Instead, he replaced the offending image with a series of more traditional tributes:
