Funny or Die Reveals Truth Behind Dennis Quaid’s Freak-Out Video

The day after Dennis Quaid’s apparent on-set blowup went viral on YouTube, racking up more than 1.7 million views and causing massive speculation about what made him so angry, we now know that the whole thing was in fact a prank. But it was Funny or Die — not Jimmy Kimmel — that was behind the whole thing.

In the new, full version of the video, Quaid’s words take on new meaning when you see that he was literally referring to a man dressed as “Dopey the Dick,” along with literal horseshit, pussies and zombies. And when he said blow me, he didn’t mean what everyone thought he did.

Kimmel referenced the video on his show Tuesday night, but did not give any indication as to whether he was behind it or not. If this media saga taught us anything it’s that we don’t always have to point to Kimmel when a viral video seems a little fishy.
