Well, that’s what happened for anyone following BBC World News America anchor Katty Kay who, yesterday, tweeted a report of a specialized torture technique employed by Muammar Gaddafi during his decades-long rule of Libya. Kay described the technique as the “stuff of nightmares” and…yeah. That’s a pretty good description.
