GOP Rep. Responds to ‘Arrogant’ VA Secretary on Facebook

Republican Congressman Mike Coffman responded on Facebook late today to being publicly scolded by Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert McDonald during a hearing earlier. McDonald had taken great offense at Coffman’s line of questioning about his work at the VA, telling him, “I’ve run a large company, sir. What have you done?”

He also said, “I’ve been here six months. You’ve been here longer than I have. If there’s a problem in Denver, I think you own it more than I do.”

Well, Coffman was having none of that, and fired back on Facebook late today by responding to that “what have you done” question, attacking both McDonald and the entire Obama administration as “arrogant.”
