Interpol Warrant Issued For Natalee Holloway Murder Suspect Joran van der Sloot

Here’s a name we probably all hoped would remain a trivia item on “I Love 2005”: Joran van der Sloot, a prime suspect in the case of missing teenager Natalee Holloway, is considered a prime suspect in the murder of a second young woman, Stephany Flores Ramírez, in Peru. He is said to had fled to Chile, and Interpol is on the case.

Flores Ramírez was found dead at the Hotel Miraflores in Lima, Peru last Sunday. The room was registered to van der Sloot, and she was seen on surveillance footage accompanying him shortly before her death. Van der Sloot was arrested twice in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba but, as authorities were unable to find a body, there was little evidence of his involvement in her death other than reports that they had been seen together the night before she disappeared.
