Jake Tapper Surgically Cuts Bill O’Reilly Down to Size After Failed Twitter Troll

Bill O’Reilly — who now hosts a podcast on his website after being ousted from Fox News in April amid multiple allegations of sexual harassment by coworkers — tried to reinsert himself into the cable news fray on Wednesday with a tweet touting a former colleague’s ratings and bashing a rival’s.
But that rival promptly, and with surgical precision, sent him back to the sidelines.
O’Reilly, in his Wednesday afternoon Tweet, took a shot at CNN’s Jake Tapper — saying that his ratings were “as low as you can go.”
Sean Hannity kicking serious butt in the ratings. Tapper on CNN as low as you can go.

Eleven minutes after O’Reilly’s volley, Tapper fired back — in a manner that left absolutely no doubt about who got the better of the exchange:
“Low” would be sexually harassing staffers and then getting fired for it — humiliated in front of the world. Now THAT would be low. https://t.co/e2d6kOHL7F
