Jeb: When I’m President, ‘I Will Not Blame Barack Obama for a Single Thing’
Jeb Bush seems to be somewhat resentful of the way President Obama blamed his brother a lot, and on the campaign trail this week he swore he wouldn’t make the same mistake.
In other words, Bush criticized Obama by saying he’s not going to be constantly criticizing him.
You figure that one out.
According to The Hill, Bush spoke at the Nashua Country Club in New Hampshire yesterday and said, “My pledge to you: when I’m president, I will not blame Barack Obama for a single thing.”
Yes, Bush made it clear he’s not a fan of the way––years into his presidency––Obama kept pointing to the mess George W. Bush left behind that he had to take care of.
Bush elaborated:
“I am really tired of politicians that blame their predecessors. I have a personal kind of feeling about it having watched it for a while… I hope you want a president who actually accepts accountability and responsibility but also has the skills to fix the mess that exists.”
Please clap, America.
