Judge Napolitano Says Hillary Clinton Isn’t ‘At Fault’ For Husband’s Accused Predatory Behavior
Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox News tonight and said he does not blame Hillary Clinton for any of the sexual harassment claims against her husband Bill Clinton. That is a big shift from Donald Trump, who paraded a number of the Clinton accusers at the most recent presidential debate.
He pointed out that none of the women have had their claims proven and Clinton has never been found guilty of anything.
“They all have serious problems with proof,” he said, “which is why none of them ever were laid out before a judge and jury.”
Megyn Kelly was careful to mention that some of the women may have struggled to come forward because they felt intimidated, but she moved on to ask Napolitano how he felt about Hillary Clinton having to answer for any of it, regardless of proof or reasoning.
“I gotta tell you, I don’t think Hillary is at fault in this case … We’re not talking about emails here. We’re talking about a wife standing by her husband when claims are made against the husband as to which the proof is, as you say, lacking,” he said.
He even defended her stint as a defense lawyer, which saw her defend a man accused of raping a child. He said she had done her job the best she could have and called it “professional.”
