KFC Mocks Health Food Enthusiasts With its New Collaboration

If you’re a person who can’t stop preaching the benefits of chia seeds to strangers on a subway, look away, because this one might sting a little. KFC UK & Ireland has teamed up with blogger and Instagrammer Figgy Poppelton-Rice, who describes herself as a “cauliflower connoisseur” and blogs about dishes including her “Bit-on-the-side salad” that’s made of raw spinach, wilted spinach, ice cubes, and a Scandinavian serving bowl.
Today, they tweeted about their new “clean eating” burger in collaboration with Figgy Poppelton-Rice, which is as amazing as it sounds. If you were wondering, yes, one of the ingredients is “spiralised chicken breast.”
