LeBron’s ‘Cleveland or Nowhere’ Shirt at Game Seven: Really?
Tonight, LeBron James showed up to Game 7 of the World Series wearing a shirt that says ‘Cleveland or Nowhere’ to support the Indians in an historic game.

James’ love for his city is well-documented, but “or nowhere?” Really? Not even that time he announced his departure from the Cleveland Cavaliers to “take his talents” to Miami in a highly publicized television special in the Summer of 2010? He played for the Heat for four years, winning two championships with them. Twitter, of course had a lot to say about his attire:
Lebron James wearing the “cleveland or nowhere” shirt is the equivalent of a cheating husband that has come back wearing a shirt “I ❤️️Wife”

LeBron James at game 7 with a shirt that says “CLEVELAND OR NOWHERE” …when in actuality it should read “CLEVELAND OR MIAMI” #WorldSeries

LeBron James’s shirt says “Cleveland or Nowhere”…an interesting choice for a man who once made a lotta noise about leaving Cleveland.

It’s also worth noting that though he’s recently been a supporter of the Cleveland Indians, James is a fan of the New York Yankees. He recently told Sports Illustrated, “I’m a supporter of winners. As a kid growing up, I needed inspiration to get out of the situation I was in. I loved the Bulls, Cowboys and loved the Yankees. Those are winning franchises. I liked them because they gave me hope of being a winner. That’s part of the reason I loved those teams but I definitely support what the Indians are doing right now.”
