‘Let’s Get to the Abuses’: Leah Remini’s Scientology Docuseries Finally Has a Trailer
Leah Remini is almost as famous for leaving Scientology in 2013 as she is for being an actress. She’s spoken out about her involvement in the religion in the past many times, but the long-awaited docuseries she’s heading up is finally close to coming out and giving viewers the inside look they’ve been waiting for.
Today, Entertainment Tonight released the trailer for the A&E series and it looks pretty juicy:
In the preview, she speaks to a woman who describes statutory rape that was allegedly ignored by authorities within Scientology and a man who claims that leader David Miscavige beat him.
“Fight for your family. Fight for your daughters, your sons,” she implores viewers. “Let’s get to the abuses. Let’s get to the abortions. Wake up.”
