NATO Drops Leaflets On Tripoli Encouraging Pro-Gaddafi Forces To Lay Down Arms

Al-Jazeera is reporting that NATO has begun dropping leaflets in the area of Tripoli as a peaceful means to quell pro-Gaddafi miliary forces still fighting against rebels who appear to have successfully toppled the Gaddafi regime.
