Priest Gets in Trouble for Riding a Hoverboard During Christmas Eve Mass

You know those small little hoverboards that don’t actually hover but everyone still calls them hoverboards for some reason? Well, a priest in the Philippines got in trouble for using one of those during Christmas Eve midnight mass.

The video below shows a Catholic priest––currently unnamed––singing “May the Good Lord Bless and Keep You” as he rides up and down the pews during mass. Congregants applauded as he not only went through the aisles, but spun around on the hoverboard.

Again, this was during mass.

This calls for a reparation!Instead, pray a rosary for this priest and attend a Traditional Latin Mass!

Well, according to NBC News, the Diocese of San Pablo was outraged by this. They said, “That was wrong. It is not a personal celebration where one can capriciously introduce something to get the attention of people.”

The priest has reportedly apologized and has been removed from the Manila church for the time being.
