Rex Tillerson Jokes That ‘Some Days’ He Feels Like Curling ‘Up in a Ball’

It has been a tough few weeks for Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

As you may recall, NBC News reported earlier this month that the nation’s top diplomat referred to President Donald Trump as a “f*cking moron” over the summer and at one point threatened to quit.

This led to days of White House drama and intrigue in which the president suggested “comparing IQ tests” with Tillerson while the secretary of state wouldn’t fully deny that he called Trump a moron.

During a trip to Switzerland today, Tillerson admired a statue showing a group of people embracing each other. And he had jokes.

“Yeah, some days I feel like I need to do that — curl up in a ball,” Tillerson said, laughing.

We feel you, Rex. We feel you.
