There Is No Timetable on Clinton Email Probe, FBI Director Says
FBI director James Comey said that there was timetable on completing the investigative probe into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server while acting as secretary of State.
The AP reported that “Comey told an Aspen Security Forum audience on Thursday that the FBI does not set timetables on any of its investigations. The comments echo assertions that he and Attorney General Loretta Lynch have made in recent months.”
Comey added that the investigation was being done “competently, honestly and independently.”
Last month, the Los Angeles Times reported that the FBI was planning to interview the Democratic frontrunner.
