Tom Brady’s Agent: NFL, Colts Collaborated ‘in a Sting Operation’

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s agent Don Yee released a statement Thursday morning denouncing the “significant and terrible” findings of the Wells report, which found yesterday that Brady more likely than not knew of the effort to deflate footballs in a playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts last year.

Yee accuses lead attorney Ted Wells of being ignorant of professional football, in the pocket of the league, and biased against Brady, whose testimony he said they all but ignored. He also accused the NFL and the Colts of conspiring to create the issue by “collaborating in a sting operation.”
