Triumph the Insult Comic Dog Talks Trump, the Klan, and Pooper Tuesday

A happening just isn’t a happening until it’s been pooped on by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and Super Tuesday was no exception. The Robert Smigel-voiced canine comic stopped by the Yahoo! News studios in New York to regale Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric with one-liners about the elections, including Chris Christie’s instantly famous turn as Donald Trump’s paralyzed hype man and Trump’own recent controversy with the Ku Klux Klan.

Perhaps one missed opportunity was Senator Marco Rubio’s own recent foray into insult humor, which a lesser dog might have made a big issue over. Instead, Triumph paid homage to Rubio with a riff on the Florida senator’s “small hands” material.
