Trump Insults NY Times Again, This Time For Saying He Called Howard Stern ‘a Loser’
The past few days have been contentious for GOP frontrunner Donald Trump and his hometown newspaper, The New York Times. First he insulted the paper during the most recent Republican debate, then the paper dug up some receipts that made him look bad, and then a Times reporter was kicked out of one of the real estate mogul’s rallies last night.
Two days ago, one of the paper’s premier columnists, Frank Bruni, did what he gets paid to do and wrote a column on the candidate that showcases how important winning is to the Trump ethos. He underscored the strategic importance of Trump calling other people “losers” by sharing a list of influential people who have had the moniker bestowed on them by the Winner himself. Among those losers are Cher, Mark Cuban, Ana Navarro, Bill Maher, Karl Rove, and Howard Stern. Trump took particular offense to the idea that he called Stern a loser.
Really disgusting that the failing New York Times allows dishonest writers to totally fabricate stories.

Trump insisted that when he called Stern a loser, he meant the other Howard Stern. Bruni recanted quickly, writing up a tweet that recognized his error. As it turns out, Trump was referring to the Howard K. Stern who was the lawyer and lover of the late, great Anna Nicole Smith. Easy mistake.
You got me, @realDonaldTrump. Wrong Howard Stern. You “loser”-dissed a LAWYER by that name. Apologies from this dope.

All is well that ends well, but with Trump being so quick to denounce Bruni and The Times, one starts to wonder if an appearance on The Howard Stern Show is on the horizon?
