TX Man Falls to His Death After Reportedly Fighting Wife over a Four-Way

A Texas man reportedly fell eighteen stories to his death outside a San Antonio hotel after arguing with his wife about having a four-way. Michael Ochoa‘s wife told police three different versions of what happened, including one in which he assaulted her, then walked to the balcony and presumably just fell to his death.

When police arrived on the scene, Ochoa’s wife was bruised and one of her fingernails was ripped off. When questioned again about what happened, she said her husband was fighting with someone he wanted to be part of the four-way, and both of the other people attacked her while her husband went to the balcony.

The man had jumped into the river, as security officers told police they witnessed when they arrived. In the third version of events Ochoa’s wife gave the police, he had been trying to flee security when he ran to the balcony. Police noticed signs of a struggle inside the hotel room, but not on the balcony.
