TX Pastor Prays For God to ‘Finish the Job,’ Kill the Injured Victims of Orlando
A Texas pastor is praying for God to “finish the job” and kill the survivors of the Orlando terrorist attack currently recovering in the hospital, Fox 4 in Dallas/Fort Worth reported.
Fort Worth, Texas-based pastor Donnie Romero released a video last Thursday in which he announced that “These 50 Sodomites were all perverts and pedophiles and they are the scum of the earth and the earth is a little bit better place now,” referring to the number of dead in the attack on the gay nightclub Pulse — 49 victims, plus the killer, presumably.
“And I’ll even take it a little further,” he continued. “I heard on the news today that there are still several dozen of these queers in ICU and I will pray that God will finish the job that that man started, and he will end their life, and by tomorrow morning they will all be burning in hell, just like the rest of them, so that they don’t get any more opportunity to go out and hurt little children.”
Romero clarified his belief for local TV news, saying, “I believe that every Sodomite is a pedophile and is a predator.”
Romero is one of several extremist Christian pastors who have used the attack in Orlando as an excuse to broadcast their vehemently anti-gay rhetoric. The notorious Westboro Baptist Church announced their intention to picket the funerals of victims. The New York pastor and so-called “Sodomite slayer” James David Manning withdrew his support of Donald Trump when the candidate expressed solidarity with the LGBT community; Manning said, “Sodomy is more dangerous to America than radical Islam.”
