If, like many boxing experts, you are of the opinion that the war of words between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor will end up surpassing the quality of the fight itself, then today is the highlight of the entire event.

The two combatants are set to hit the stage at the KA Theater at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Wednesday afternoon to meet the media one last time before they square off Saturday in the ring.

It is the first time the two fighters will be on the same stage since their four-city press tour in July which packed arenas in Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, and London. It seems all but certain that, just as in those four confrontations, things will get heated between them.

Some fans have undoubtedly been captivated by all of the bombast exhibited by Mayweather and McGregor in the lead up to the fight. The question remains: will they plunk down a hundred bucks to see the fight itself? Considering few give McGregor a chance to even stay competitive with the 49-0 Mayweather, that question remains very much up for debate.
