WATCH LIVE: Pope Francis Addresses Crowd at Independence Hall

After celebrating mass at Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul early Saturday, Pope Francis is scheduled to deliver remarks at Philadelphia’s Independence Hall at 4:45 p.m. ET. He will then head to the Festival of Families at Ben Franklin Parkway, which was converted into a temporary walking mall for the pontiff’s visit.
