WATCH: Sarah Palin Appears with Trump at Iowa Rally

Sarah Palin is appearing with Donald Trump tonight to officially endorse the GOP frontrunner for the presidency.

Palin has been largely out of the public eye since her failed bid on the John McCain ticket in 2008; however, the former Alaskan Governor maintains a high profile within the Republican party and is still widely considered to be an influential voice for Tea Party supporters as well.
