Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Tuesday revoked the security clearances of dozens more government officials.

According to a report from The Associated Press, President Donald Trump’s administration officially revoked the clearance of 37 current and former officials. In a memo obtained by AP, Gabbard accused the officials of “politicization or weaponization of intelligence” to “advance personal or partisan goals.” Gabbard also claimed they failed to “adhere to professional analytic tradecraft standards,” though she did not cite any specific evidence to those accusations.

“Being entrusted with a security clearance is a privilege, not a right,” Gabbard said in a tweet published Tuesday. “Those in the Intelligence Community who betray their oath to the Constitution and put their own interests ahead of the interests of the American people have broken the sacred trust they promised to uphold. In doing so, they undermine our national security, the safety and security of the American people and the foundational principles of our democratic republic.”

Under the direction of Trump, Gabbard has yanked clearances from countless perceived foes of the president. In March, she did the same for more than 50 other officials; and that move came after Trump announced that former President Joe Biden would also lose his clearance.
