Who Won the Alaska Super Tuesday Results?
Super Tuesday is finally here, the voting conventions across twelve states that will decide a significant portion of the primary process for both the GOP and Democratic parties. While former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton looks to continue her frontrunner status against Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, the Republican race is as unpredictable as ever. Real estate mogul Donald Trump is the clear frontrunner and carries a sizable lead over Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Florida Senator Marco Rubio, while Ohio Governor John Kasich and Dr. Ben Carson each hope for better-than-expected finishes Tuesday to stay alive in the race.
Alaska is one of the twelve states that will hold voting state-wide Super Tuesday, and the polls are expected to close at 12 a.m. ET Thursday night (Friday morning). Check back here for results from the Last Frontier, as Mediaite will be working around-the-clock to provide updates and reactions for all the latest in Super Tuesday happenings!
