The Thursday Night Football crew brought on comedian Nikki Glaser to roast the panel and give an unorthodox recap of the game they just watched.

Glaser had a brief moment in the sports spotlight for her performance on The Roast of Tom Brady. Following Thursday’s game between the New York Jets and the New England Patriots, she joined the post-game show to offer a similar crude summary of the events of the game.

Before that, however, she took aim at her fellow panelists.

“I just have to say it’s so nice to finally meet the photo I show my plastic surgeon,” she said in reference to host Charissa Thompson. “But seriously, you are pretty intimidating. You look like the final boss at a country club.”

After stressing that she wasn’t going to roast everyone at the desk, she proceeded to do exactly that.

“I know a lot of people are probably expecting me to get up here and and just roast everyone,” she continued, “but this isn’t a roast. You guys didn’t sign up for this, so I’m definitely not gonna say that Richard Sherman looks like Busta Rhymes on Ozempic. I’m not gonna do that. I’m not gonna say that Andrew Whitworth looks like Men’s Wearhouse Shrek, or that Tony Gonzalez looks like who my mom thinks about during one of her long baths.”

While introducing her summary of the game, Glaser referred to Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers as “Throw Rogan” and noted that “it’s ironic that he goes to silent retreats because he can’t stop talking about it.”

“But he’s fun,” she added. “He lives in New York. He’s always doing his buddy’s podcast. He looks like someone who buys beers for teens. Honestly, I’m shocked I haven’t dated him.”

During her recap, Glaser showed a seemingly tense moment between Rodgers and coach Robert Saleh. She joked that the serious expression on Rodgers’ face was because Saleh “reminded him that RFK Jr. dropped out of the race.

“But let’s face it, this was a beatdown,” Glaser said. “I haven’t seen a group of patriots taken out this bad since January 6.”
