Taylor Swift donated $100,000 to the memorial fund for Lisa Lopez-Galvan, the radio DJ killed at the Super Bowl parade shooting in Kansas City.

Lopez-Galvan was the lone death in Wednesday’s shooting, which injured 21 others. Of those 21, at least nine children were treated for gunshot wounds. Three suspects were arrested amid the chaos.

Two of those suspects are teenagers, and police now believe the shooting was the result of a dispute.

In the wake of the shooting, the members of the Kansas City Chiefs have stepped up to support fans and victims. Several players on the team were reportedly seen consoling scared children after the shooting, and head coach Andy Reid was at nearby Union Station to provide emotional support to fleeing fans.

Lopez-Galvan’s family created a GoFundMe page in her honor. The goal was set to $75,000 for “vital financial support to her family as they process this unthinkable tragedy.” Early Friday morning, Swift sent two donations of $50,000 — enough to cover the entire goal herself.

“Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss,” Swift wrote in a message accompanying the donations. “With love, Taylor Swift.”

By Friday afternoon, the GoFundMe page raised more than a quarter of a million dollars.
