CNN Bans Trump Supporter Roger Stone After Racist Tweets Emerge
CNN has banned Trump supporter and frequent guest Roger Stone from making any further appearances after he made tweets insulting current and former CNN contributors using crude and racially inflammatory language.
In tweets last week that were highlighted by Media Matters, Stone called CNN contributor Ana Navarro an “Entitled Diva Bitch,” a “moron,” and “borderline retarded.” “Black beans and rice didn’t miss her,” he said in a 2011 tweet (Navarro is Latina).
In 2012, Stone attacked then-CNN contributor Roland Martin, calling him a “fat Negro.”
Who is this stupid negro Roland Martin ? Buffoon or token Buffoon ? #CNN

For good measure, Stone attacked Navarro and Martin both in a tweet last year calling them “quota hires.”
Ana Navarro the dumbest person on TV since CNN fired moron @rolandmartin – both quota hires #CNN

Stone was a frequent guest on CNN and served as a de facto surrogate after he was fired from Trump’s campaign.
We reached out to CNN and received the following statement from a spokesperson:
He will no longer appear as a guest on CNN.
