CNN Montage Reminds Us Today Isn’t the First Time Trump Has Talked About His IQ

As CNN’s Brooke Baldwin said this afternoon, President Trump seems to have an “IQ obsession.”

In an interview today Trump suggested comparing his IQ results with Rex Tillerson’s, which Sarah Huckabee Sanders insisted was a joke.

But Trump has talked about IQ––his and others’––in the past, most notably when he tweeted this about his 2016 GOP primary opponent:

.@GovernorPerry failed on the border. He should be forced to take an IQ test before being allowed to enter the GOP debate.

And CNN ran a montage of all the times that Trump talked about IQ during the campaign, including a few digs at Perry.
