Corey Lewandowski’s Most Shamelessly Fawning Moments From His Trump Book Tour

Last week, President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski embarked on a whirlwind book tour, hitting all the big cable news networks to promote his 2016 memoir Let Trump Be Trump.

And the pit bullish New Hampshire politico — who served as the now-president’s first campaign manager until he was unceremoniously ousted by Trump’s offspring just a month before the Republican National Convention — spent all week gushing to various cable news hosts about his former boss, and it was a thing to behold.

The weeklong blowjob was so vigorous and enthusiastic that we decided to compile a supercut of Lewandowski’s most fawning quotes about President Trump, which can be watched above.

Though Lewandowski was never invited to take up a role inside Trump’s White House (Omarosa, of Apprentice fame, made the cut), after the election he went into the lobbying game, moving into a plush office space with views of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Of course, in a textbook ‘own-goal’ move of the kind that Lewandowski has become known for, he eventually resigned from the lobbying firm amidst scrutiny that it sought to lure clients by promising access to the president.

The Daily Beast reported in November that Trump, longing for familiar faces in John Kelly’s gulag-esque White House, offered Lewandowski a job in the administration.

“However, he came to the conclusion that the job wasn’t senior enough, telling friends that it was ‘beneath him,'” the Daily Beast reported.

The public sector pay was also reportedly not good enough for Lewandowski, who apparently decided to his Trump ass-kissing would be better served – and better paid — outside the White House.
