The Indiana Pacers beat the Miami Heat 107-96 in Game 1 of Eastern Conference Finals Sunday, which meant there were a lot of rowdy fans celebrating on the streets of Indianapolis. One of those fans, who just happened to be wearing a shirt that read “Fuck Lebron” found himself front and center on the evening news.
The man, who wished only terrible things for the Heat star Lebron James, remained on screen for several seconds behind the oblivious Ebone Monet’s right shoulder before a man dressed as Spider-Man did the station a favor by jumping in front of him. Eventually, the camera operator realized they could zoom in and cut the profanity out of the shot.
But we highly doubt too many Indiana fans watching at home were that worried about it.
