Fox & Friends Mocks Media Walking Lockstep with Dems on ‘Manufactured’ Border Crisis

During Thursday’s episode of Fox & Friends, co-hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt, and Brian Kilmeade went after and mocked how people in the mainstream media appeared to have taken the talking points from Democrats about whether there truly is a crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border.

“But if you asked the Democrats they say it’s all made up, it’s ‘manufactured,'” Earhardt said.

“Man oh man, if I had a nickel for every time the Democrats said ‘manufactured’ over the last 72 hours, I’d be wealthier,” Doocy said. “Then again if I had a nickel every time members of the media used the same word, manufactured, listen to this.”

A montage of Democratic lawmakers using the word “manufactured” and compared it to how media pundits are using the same language was then played.

“So it’s kind of scary that the media seems to be on the same page with the Democratic party, to the exact word,” Kilmeade added.

As the partial government shutdown has dragged on, President Donald Trump is making a trip to the southern border to speak with federal agents and to make his case on why funding for a border wall is need in the government spending bill.
