Fox & Friends Praises ‘School Choice’ of Billionaire Who Paid Off Students’ Debts
Fox & Friends had a political take on billionaire mogul Robert F. Smith’s promise to eliminate Morehouse College’s entire student debt for the class of 2019.
The billionaire investor and philanthropist made headlines yesterday when he gave the commencement address at the historically black college and announced he will pay off the loan debt for every student graduating this semester. As Fox & Friends talked about this on Monday, Brian Kilmeade decided to highlight how Smith attributed his success to being bused to a notably, predominantly white school in Denver during his youth.
“He also said one of the keys to his success in life was the fact that when he was in Denver, they bused him to a predominantly white school, Carson school,” Kilmeade said. “This is where he met the best teachers, the most inspirational people…”
“That’s school choice, that’s so important,” Ainsley Earhardt responded.
